To return an item for a full refund from the date you purchased it. To be
eligible for a full refund, your purchase must be unused and in the same
condition as purchased with tags still attached, otherwise a store credit will be applied.

What You Need to Know
If you are a new guest we require 50% deposit to hold your appointment time. If you cancel under 24 hours we will keep 25% of that deposit. If you no-show we keep the full deposit. If you cancel more 24 hours before your appointment your deposit will be refunded to you
