Redo Policy

Sometimes after your reservation you need something tweaked or adjusted. In most cases your stylist will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge. As long as it is something that was discussed and requested during your consultation.Unfortunately changing your mind is not covered under this policy. We get it, sometimes you think you want something and then when you get it, it's not doing the trick. We can only guarantee the services and what you requested during your consultation. When that happens and it will, please schedule a new reservation.

 

Service Refunds

Although we do not offer cash refunds, in the case of any dissatisfaction with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you the opportunity to return to the salon for us to recreate any cut or color with in

14 days of the original service.

What You Need to Know

Cancellation Policy

Please if anyone in your family has a fever, is experiencing shortness of breath, trouble breathing, a cough, or tightness in their chest please reschedule your appointment. We completely understand LIFE HAPPENS! In consideration of to salon guest along with our team of stylist and in the event that you have to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hour prior notice to your reservations start time.. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time it will prompt the implementation of Refinery Salons cancellation policy protocol. You will be charged 25% to your card on file of what the scheduled services were valued at.

 

New Clients

If you are a new guest we require 50% deposit to hold your appointment time. If you cancel under 24 hours we will keep 25% of that deposit. If you no-show we keep the full deposit. If you cancel more 24 hours before your appointment your deposit will be refunded to you

No shows

If you fail to show for your reservation you will be charged 50%.. Due to the high demand of our stylists, Refinery Salon will now require a credit card to hold each reservation. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hour prior notice to your reservations start time.

Tardiness

Please be aware that if you are late for your scheduled reservation(s) at Refinery Salon, they can not guarantee. We will not be able to guarantee you'll receive the full-service(s) originally scheduled  or that it will be performed by my desired stylist.  Our team will do their best to accommodate your needs, please do your best to be on time.
